Real Leather Steel Boned Overbust corset w/ Front Zipper Closure

The product was fantastic, and quite frankly that is the only thing saving me from leaving 1 star because the process I had to go through to get it was absolutely abysmal. I ordered this corset for an event, and after an entire week had passed by the expected shipping date and I still hadn’t received a tracking code, I emailed them to figure out what was going on.

In the ongoing back and forth of emails (which they only responded to once a day no matter how fast I replied), they revealed to me that they were having stock issues as well as flight cancellations. Information that could’ve and SHOULD’VE been relayed to me from the beginning, which they themselves admitted they were at fault for.

They asked me what day my event was, to “make sure my corset arrived on time”, even offering expedited shipping, and I told them it was that up coming Saturday. In the next email, they told me they’d get it to me “early the following week”. It then took them 5 extra days AFTER they had supposedly shipped my package to even be dropped off at the UPS store. It was supposed to have been expected on Monday, April 6th, and I ended up receiving my corset on Thursday, April 9th, almost an entire week after my initial event.

During our back and forth of emails, they offered apologies and a partial refund which I accepted, however it’s been 11 days since their last email and I STILL have not received my refund. Not only did I have to cancel my event because of poor service and lack of communication, but I still haven’t received my compensation for their error. The quality of these corsets are so wonderful and I’m pleased with my purchase, but if THIS is how every single purchase from here will be then I do not plan to buy corsets from Lara Leather again.

My narcissistic mother could have done a better job than the customer service that was given to me by this company. The product was poor as the zipper did not work very well if I could give a negative star review I would. I have lost brain cells working with this company and will never order from the again.
